If so, you're going to love iExit, the ultimate interstate exit travel guide application. iExit figures out where you are, if you're on the interstate and what direction, and finds upcoming exits with your "favorite" places within seconds, all without a press of a button. Looking for the next five Holiday Inn Express hotels? iExit will not only find them in a matter of seconds, but will give you their phone numbers as well. Just push to call. If you have a car GPS unit, you can probably search for one thing at a time and not get a good overview of the exit. You can see at once that your favorite hotel, restaurant and gas station are all at the same exit 10 miles or 100 miles down the interstate.

iExit informs users which points of interest are coming up next when driving on interstates in the continental United States. Using your location, iExit determines what points of interest are coming up soon and displays them in several user-friendly formats. Users can see all upcoming exits in either a list view or map view, or they can see only those points of interest they select as their "favorites."

The app now takes advantage of OS 4 and it's local notifications. Set what you want to know about, close the app and an alert will pop up and notify you according to what you selected and set. Please note this does consume battery power.

Map View

The map view follows you along on your travels, indicating interstate exits.

All Exits View

The all exit view detects what direction you are heading and what junctions are coming up. If you are taking another interstate, iExit will detect it automatically or you can select the one you are taking to look ahead and view those exits.

Exit Detail View

The exit detail view shows you what is within a short radius of the exit. Your favorites list will show at the top of the exit details. Click on the phone icon to call the establishment.

Detailed Point View

The detail view gives more information about one location. Buttons let you call or navigate right there.

Select Favorites

Select your own favorites list from all categories. You can see them coming up on the all exit views or you can filter the map view as shown here.

All Favorites View

See all of your favorites that are at upcoming exits.

Next Favorites View

You can see the next location and exit for each of your favorites on this view including how far away the exit is from your current location.

Particular Favorites View

Select any favorite from the previous screen and you seel all upcoming locations for that favorite.

Customize It For Yourself

Select the gear in the lower left corner to bring up options. You can select how many exits to show, to hide empty exits, to turn chain types on and off.

Show and Hide Chain Types

Under options, you can turn types on and off. Don't want to see stations that also carry Diesel or Biofuels? Turn them off. Remember however, turning off Diesel also turns off stations that carry both regular gas and diesel (about 50% of all stations).

Select the "i" button in the lower right corner to bring up the help system. Here we have the most common questions to help you use the app to it's fullest. We find that most people want things that are already within the app but not always obvious.
